My dog keeps vomiting and won't eat or drink. What's wrong with him?

My dog is 3 years old, and He continues to move around as he normally does, but he won’t eat, or drink, and keeps vomiting. He is a pitbull.

Causes of not eating and vomiting are: worms, viral (especially parvovirus if not vaccinated) or bacterial infections, pancreatitis, ate something gross, or ate something that is causing a blockage in his stomach or intestines. He needs to see a vet for an exam and likely xrays of his belly. I wish you the best
