My cat has diarrhea, isn't eating, and has eye boogers. What's wrong?

My cat is having diarrhea and seems like she is not properly eating as the food bowl is almost mostly full. She also has eye boogers. Please see the pictures for reference. Pet's info: Cat | Persian | Female | unspayed

I recommend taking Snowy to a veterinarian. I would bring a stool sample to check for intestinal parasites. She could have also gotten into something to give her diarrhea. It also looks like she may have an eye infection. Your veterinarian will most likely stain the eyes to make sure there is not scratch or ulcer and dispense medication for her eyes.
