Kitten diarrhea, not using litter, and acting weird. What should I do?

My 7mo old female cat has been very strange for 2 days..she's had diarrhea but will not ..for the first time..use the litter..she runs in circles like crazy then goes on the carpet, window sill wherever she is at the time..no diet changes nor any other sudden disruptions as of late..any clues?
