Why is my 11-month GSD puppy sick with diarrhea after new wet food?

Hi our 11mths gsd seems to have a tummy upset,not sure if she is sensitive to certain ingrediants or has a major issue,iv recently added wet food over the past week with her biscuit only small portions so her tummy gets used to it,she has been fine eating it lastnight she had a dark maybe black colour poo not runny it was soft which was unusual wasnt sure if it was the wetfood causing it,but this morning her poo was back to brown solidish,but this afternood it was brown diareah & sickness, Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Female | unspayed

I would have your dog checked out by a vet. Wet food shouldn't cause dark stools. Diarrhea in dogs can be caused by food intolerance or allergies, intestinal parasites, dietary indiscretion, bacterial or viral infection, stress colitis, among others. The vet will do an exam and may recommend testing such as blood work, fecal testing, or x-rays to see what is going on.
