My dog has watery diarrhea and vomiting he doesn't want to eat nor drink water in one week doesn't want to move what do i do? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | unneutered | 3 months and 17 days old

Loss of appetite, vomiting and diarrhea can be observed with many conditions such as gastroenteritis, dietary indiscretion, kidney disease, pancreatitis, among many other possibilities. I recommend that you have him evaluated by your veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. They would be able to check for these possibilities and others depending on the findings on exam.
