My cat just had kittens, has a red bulge after birth. Is it normal?

We have a cat that just had 3 kittens 2 days ago, she now has this big red bulge hanging out of her. Is this normal?What do we need to do?

No, this is not normal. This is an emergency, your cat has a prolapsed uterus which needs to be put back into your cat. Please put a moist cloth or paper towel around it and immediately take your kitty to a PetER or veterinarian. The vet will need to sedate her and carefully push in the uterus. This is an emergency. Go now.
