My cat has bloody urine and pees often. Are there OTC solutions?

My cat tubby is 8 years old and been riding on truck whole time. She has blood in her urine and going alot, small slime size. If I cant get to a vet is there anything I can do otc ? Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Longhair | Female | unspayed | 8 lbs

This is likely a urinary tract infection and she should be seen by a veterinarian. Most UTIs in cats are caused by stress and do not require an antibiotic, however, in older cats bacteria are more often involved. You can get some Feliway spray to spray in your truck which will make your cat happier and takes away some stress, however I do strongly advise you find a veterinarian to examine her just in case it is a bacterial infection. Unfortunately there are no over the counter medications for this condition.
