Why did my dog die suddenly with bleeding, seizing, and white gums?

Yesterday night my dog passed, I couldn’t take her to vet because we didn’t have any money. Here’s what happened, she was fine yesterday morning till evening. I came home and she was laying on the ground crying and crying I looked around and it smells so bad and I see dark blood everywhere and noticed it was coming out of her rear. I sat down with her and tried to comfort her but she was just crying and kind gasping a lot, she started seizing and her gums were white and inside her ears too. Pet's info: Dog | Pit Bull Terrier | Female | unspayed | 20 lbs

This could have been due to many reasons including hemorrhagic gastroenteritis or a toxicity of some sort causing her to bleed too much. I am so sorry that you had to go through that.
