My puppy spit up foam after shots. Should I worry about a reaction?

My two month old malty poo just had his second round of shots and I noticed he spit up foam like saliva but he is okay, Is that something serious? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | unneutered | 2 months and 12 days old
