Pet's info: Dog | Toy Poodle | Female | unspayed | 8 years and 7 months old | 6 lbs
My Toy poodle recently came back from a boarding and grooming place and she is limping like crazy and is in so much pain. She has previous history of the hip and back leg pain but I believe this is the worst time and pain, so I don't know if the groomers were too rough or she jumped off the table and hurt herself. Also, she is laying down and breathing very heavy and panting and her eyes are red. She screams if you touch her and i think her belly is a little swollen

Hi. It sounds like Chloe is pretty uncomfortable. Panting alot is sometimes a sign of pain. If her velly is swollen, her abdomen may be painful. With her being unspayed, i worry about an infection in her uterus, called pyometra. This turns in to a serious condition where they become very ill and have to be spayed asap on emergency. Signs include swollen belly, pain, panting, vomiting, vaginal discharge, increased drinking, and much more. Of course, this may not be the issue, but if it is, it is an emergency. I recommend getting her seen tonight and an exam, xrays, and labwork will help rule this in or out. In the meantime, they can also provide pain medication.
