Why is my dog's loose stool with mucus not improving on bland diet?

My dog is 3 yes old, she has had loose stool with mucas the last couple days. I have been giving her nothing but white rice the last 2 days and yesterday I introduced her to boiled chicken and purée pumpkin. Her stool was forming until today we are back to loose stool and she has went like 4 times today. She is acting normal, playing, eating and drinking. She does seem like she can’t get comfortable, will lay for a few then get up and move. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | spayed | 5 lbs

Whenever diarrhea is not improving with a bland diet like rice in a few days I recommend seeing a veterinarian. Millie could have parasites, or she may have eaten something that has caused colitis and need medication to get everything back to normal. If you’re able to collect a stool sample to bring to your vet they would appreciate it!
