My kitten's belly button looks strange. Is it an umbilical hernia?

cat just gave birth to 5 kittens all the kittens seem fine, but i noticed this seems that the ublicord seems to be apart of this as well but what is this and do i need to worry?

This is an umbilical hernia, ie the abdomen has a large hole through which abdominal content falls out and stretches the skin. I suggest you take your kitten to a vet for an exam. He may be able to fix it surgically with a few stitches after replacing the intestines into the abdomen, or with a bandage or wrap. This is a potentially life-threatening condition as intestines can get trapped and die off. Please take the kitten to the vet ASAP.
