Is my dog pregnant? What are the early signs and how to confirm?

Hello sir my Labrador is pregnant or not ... I am unable to confirm.. I got her mated on 19 February.. little white discharge is seen moreover she was not eating much from few days so my vet gave her injections and tonic now she is eating n white discharge is seen but from her stomach I am unable to make out anything is she pregnant? Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Female | spayed | 2 years and 2 months old

Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! She is only 28 days pregnant, so I wouldn't expect her stomach to be too enlarged at this stage. At 28 days pregnant you can schedule an ultrasound to look for puppy heart beats. at 50 days (April 10) you can have your Vet take an X-ray. At that stage of pregnancy the puppies skeletons can be seen. Otherwise there is no way to tell this early. I hope this helps and I wish Angel the best!
