My cat has two different colored eyes. What's the best diet?

I am curious to know . About her double coloured eyes . I also needed her diet plan . As I found her on the road side hiding away from the stray dogs please .

When a cat has two different colored eyes, it's known as complete heterochromia. I'm not sure what color eyes Mangu has, but I had a Persian with one blue eye and one yellow eye. This can be found in many other species, including humans, and it's just a genetic variation. Nothing to be concerned about! As for his diet, he needs a cat food. I'm not sure how old he is, and you can take take him into the vet to get an approximation of his age. If he is less than 12 months of age, he will need a kitten formulated food. Should he be over 12 months of age, he will need an adult cat food. Brands I recommend include Royal Canin, Hill's Science Diet, Purina ProPlan, and Iams. I hope this helps!

As long as the diet he is eating us a balanced and complete diet appropriate for his age there is no reason to change it or offer variety unless he has a condition which may respond to specialist formulas such as kidney or skin disease. Variety tends to encourage picky eating so if he is doing well, continue with his preferred food

Saul is so cute. You need to take him into a vet now, he may have an eye infection which has to be treated promptly. You should feed him a kitten food. Brands I recommend include Royal Canin, Hill's Science Diet, Purina ProPlan, and Iams. I hope this helps!

Punkin is adorable and looks like he has a lot to say! My favorite brands of pet food are Science Diet and Royal Canin. Both are excellent quality foods with many years of research and experience behind their formulations, the foods are made to meet specific needs for your pets and are tested by real pets to ensure they are palatable and nutritious. Depending on his age and body condition a regular adult cat food or mature diet would probably work just fine for him. And if you haven't already done so, make an appointment to get him neutered. It will help him stay healthier longer as he ages and will greatly reduce the strong aroma from his urine.

Azur should have a high quality kitten food, such as Royal Canin or Hill's Science diet. Kittens require higher amounts of calories, protein, and calcium than adults cats, and a kitten food will provide this. Cats can be feed either once or twice a day depending on their appetite and your schedule. I like Purina brand foods, but Science diet or Royal Canin are also well balance and healthy. They make several different formulas. For him I would recommend hair ball control base on his breed.

Thanks for using Boop by Petco! There are several diets available in the market as you have probably noticed. I personally prefer Purina, Royal canin and Science Diet foods as they are of high quality and have research to back up their use. Any of their variations should be good for Maddi. I’m sorry to hear about Mystic. This probably has nothing to do with the food and more to do with a serious eye infection- often due to feline herpes virus. See your vet as Mystic very likely needs some eye medication and may need other treatments. Best of luck to you and Mystic!

A cat's eyes can change color when they are kittens, that is normal. This turning away of a food she normally loves may not be normal and can be a sign of illness. This is why it's important to get her checked out by a vet for it.

Causes of vomiting in kittens are: intestinal parasites, viral or bacterial infections, ate something causing a blockage, food allergy/intolerance, hairballs or reaction to a new treat/food or table scraps. If Mau is still eating and active I would try to get him on 100% kitten food. Some cats vomit more on canned and vice versa. So have both available. Chicken isn't a balanced diet for a cat. You can also try some laxatone in case he has hairballs. If he stops eating or continues to vomit I would have him rechecked.
