My puppy has diarrhea, vomiting, and won't eat. Should I call the vet?

My dog is about nine months old. She has diarrhea, she does not eat any of her dog foods, and she threw up a couple of days ago. Should I be concerned? Pet's info: Dog | Jack Russell Terrier | Female | 13 lbs

Dogs with vomiting and diarrhea that are not improving within 24 hours should be seen by a veterinarian. Intestinal foreign body, intestinal parasites, and parvovirus are among the common causes in young dogs. I would encourage you to have her evaluated by your veterinarian as soon as possible.
