My dog's ears are bleeding and scabbing with hair loss. What's wrong?

What kind of condition could this be? Her ears have just started bleeding and scabbing. Before, it was just loss of hair. Her appt for vet is tmwr but just in case, i would like to bring up whatever possibilities it could be. I hope you can confirm whether or not it is something as serious as vasculitis. Pet's info: Dog | Jindo | Female | unspayed | 5 years and 6 months old | 40 lbs

Infection and allergic dermatitis are the most likely. Vasculitis usually has a slightly different pattern of presentation, but it cannot be ruled out yet. The inner ear exam may be helpful too, as vasculitis does not tend to cause problems in thenear canal, so if there is a problem in the canal it also makes vasculitis less likely.
