My dog blinks a lot and one eye looks smaller. Should I be concerned?

I have a 1 year old Parsons russell who seems to blink a lot and her right eye seems smaller than the left. Both eyes look healthy though. Should I be concerned please ? Pet's info: Dog | Parson Russell Terrier | Female | spayed | 1 year and 3 months old | 20 lbs

That is likely to be due to a mild to moderate conjunctivitis, probably secondary to a trauma or infection. A check up would be needed as appropriate treatment would include antibiotics and anti-inflammatory eye drops. Corneal injuries must be ruled out as well.
