My dog had bloody diarrhea once, but is acting normal. Should I worry?

My dog had diarreah sunday night only once with a little bit of blood... its Tuesday today shes been eating well playing well.. should I be concern? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | unspayed | 5 years and 9 months old | 20 lbs

If the diarrhea does not return and she does not develop any other clinical symptoms like vomiting or inappetence, there is no reason to be concerned about this necessarily.
