My almost 2 year old reverse brindle boxer roxy has serious allergies and I feel like we’ve tried everything to help herClaritin, fish oil, hypo allergenic shampoo, apoquel, I don’t know what else to do she’s itching all the time she has scabs all over her neck she itches herself until she starts bleeding is there anything else that might help. Pet's info: Dog | Boxer | Female | spayed | 11 months and 23 days old | 55 lbs

As you apparently have already pretty much tried a lot, it may be time for your veterinarian to refer you to a veterinary dermatology specialist. Your vet will need to send your dog's medical history to the dermatologist, who then will review the history, give your dog a proper exam, and may order more diagnostics. Once the cause for the allergy or skin condition is found, treatment will be directed towards eliminating the cause.
