My cat eats plastic, won't eat, and is throwing up. What's wrong?

Cat only wants to eat plastic not eating food or drinking water. He also spits up. He is extra cuddly not normal for him. He sleeps with me much also not normal. He cries more than normal. Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Male | neutered
