Why is my puppy vomiting white foam, not eating, and getting skinny?

My puppy is a shih tuz and he has been throwing up white foam sometimes yellow im worried hes dying and he also is very active now hes like lazy please help he has gotten skinny and doesnt want to eat. Pet's info: Dog | Shih Tzu | Male

Poor Mylo! It's very concerning that he has gotten skinny from the vomiting, doesn't want to eat, and is vomiting. He sounds very ill, and given that he is puppy, it could be something very serious like parvovirus, eating something rotten, or a foreign body. Because he is a puppy having serious symptoms, he needs to see a vet now. Please take him into an ER vet clinic; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies.
