hi, my puppy just turned 6 weeks old the other day and is getting her shots this weekend. i let her outside to potty and she really likes to eat grass (i ususally try to prevent her from doing that) just today she started to throw up clear liquid that looks like spit and her stomach makes loud gurgling noises and she wont eat she just spits it out. is it from her eating too much grass or could it possibly be something worse? please help

Poor Lily! It is a little concerning that she is vomiting, and eating grass can be a sign of nausea in dogs. Unfortunately given her young age and the fact that she isn't fully vaccinated, there is always a chance it could be something worse causing her vomiting. I'm not sure how many times she has vomited, but to be safe, I think having her seen by a vet today would be best. The vet can diagnose the cause of her vomiting, and can treat her for it.
