Do I need to brush my 6-month-old kitten's teeth? What to use?

Pet's info: Cat | Siamese | Female | spayed | 6 months and 25 days old | 4.41 lbs

Hello, Skye is 6 months old and eats wet and dry food, drinks water pretty good (from a water fountain) she is a healthy beauty kitten. Do I have to brush her teeth? If yes, what should I use? Thank you

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! I do recommend brushing your cat's teeth on a semi-weekly basis to help maintain healthy teeth and gums, and it's never too early to start on good habits! The most important thing to do is use a pet toothpaste, as their fluoride requirements are different than ours. I would choose a flavor that she likes. Good luck!
