Puppy vomiting/diarrhea after shots & deworming. Should I see a vet?

My puppy had it's second injection yesterday as well as flea and worm treatment but since then he has suffered vomit and diarrhoea and I was just wondering if I needed to take him back to the vets. Pet's info: Dog | Cocker Spaniel | Male | unneutered | 2 months and 15 days old | 7.76 lbs

This could very well be a reaction either to the vaccination or deworming treatment. in most cases it will resolve within 48 hours. if it doesn't resolve i recommend taking him back to your vet ASAP.
