My dog isn't eating after spay surgery. How do I get her to eat?

My female dog is 8 months old, 7 days back she spayed in hospital, after that she can't eat anything, refused to eat & drink i tried to feed she not allowed to me,daily we went for hospital for antibiotics injection everything is completed now stitching is dried she has no pain, she is active now but food not take. Please suggestions to my problem asap

I suggest trying some different types of foods. You can try sing things like chicken, cooked rice or noodles, cooked eggs, etc and mix them in with her regular food. You need to entice her to eat with something very tasty that she likes. If she is currently taking any medications you should call your vet to see if she needs to continue taking them. Sometimes medications will cause inappetence. Hope this helps. Best wishes.
