Pet's info: Dog | Miniature Pinscher | Female | spayed | 8 years and 2 months old | 9 lbs
8yr old Min Pincher, Female, Slightly overweight, Spayed, Problem: Very runny yellow diarrhea type bowl movement, 2 times during night. Appears normal otherwise, ate well, drinks water, muzzle wet, tail wags. Only foreign food she ate today was dental "bone" (not first time she had this, no problem before). Normal food Royal Canin Weight Management dry food pellets morning and evening (been on this food for more than year). Any re-hidrate meds I can give? When should I take her to see VET? T.Y.

Poor Kayla! I will give you a home remedy to try to see if that helps her, and if it doesn't help, then I would take her to the vet. Just make sure she drinks plenty of water, and you can add some warm water or low sodium chicken broth to the bland diet I'm going to give you to get more moisture in her. I hope this helps! Home remedy: Withhold food for 12-24 hours, then feed a bland diet of boiled white meat chicken (no bones) and white rice in small amounts several times a day for a couple of days. Then slowly add back in her normal diet. If the diarrhea continues on the bland diet, she starts vomiting food, stops drinking water, starts vomiting water, or becomes very lethargic, she will need to see a vet right away.
