My dog has diarrhea, gas, and no appetite after hookworm treatment?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | unneutered | 6 years and 7 months old | 70 lbs

He's been to the vet twice been given dewormer and antibiotics and was told he had Hook worms and his testicles are enlarged he's had diarrhea for three weeks Very terrible gas problems , little appetite, please help me figure this out

Inappetence and diarrhea can occur secondary to conditions such as inflammatory bowel disease, dietary indiscretion, parasites, among other possibilities. I recommend that you have Buddy reevaluated by your veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. At the very least, they could perhaps check for parasites again to make sure that there are no other different parasites affecting him now and they can proceed based on findings. Other possible diagnostics include abdominal imaging and general lab work. Other medications for diarrhea can be considered. In the meantime, keep water available at all times to try to prevent dehydration. Good luck and have a good day!
