Why is my 10-week puppy throwing up and acting nauseous?

Pet's info: Dog | French Bulldog | Female | unspayed | 5 lbs

my 10 week old puppy is throwing up a little bit but seems as if she is struggling to let it out. Afterwards she opens her mouth and closes it but makes no noise. What does this mean? She hasnt ate anything unusal. This morning her gums were loosing its color but it is better now. Her tongue was also paler but is better now

It could be that poor Indigo is feel nauseous, and that is causing her to open and close her mouth. She's likely feeling poorly. I can give you a home remedy to try to see if that helps. Withhold food for 6-8 hours, then feed a bland diet of boiled white meat chicken (no bones) and white rice in small amounts several times a day for a couple of days. Then slowly add back in her normal diet. If the vomiting continues in the absence of food, she vomits the bland diet, develops diarrhea, you see blood in her feces, she stops drinking water, starts vomiting water, or becomes very lethargic, she will need to see a vet right away.
