Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Female | spayed | 6 years and 7 months old | 12 lbs
My cat keeps eating grass when we take her outside and then she vomits it up when she comes inside. We have cat grass for her inside the house but is there any way we can stop her from eating grass when we take her outside and is it dangerous for her health? Thank you!

Unfortunately, no. There is no way to stop her from eating grass when she is outside. In dogs you can use a grazing or basket muzzle but they do not have these for cats (to the best of my knowledge). Just be careful that the grass she is eating is not treated with any fertilizers/pesticides. Other than that, her eating it and then vomiting is not really a huge problem. If she does it incessantly though, you should have her to your vet for a check-up to make sure there is no underlying medical reason for this behavior. Hope this helps. Best wishes.
