My dog is reverse sneezing for over an hour. When should I worry?

My dog Honeybear has been what I can assume to be a reverse sneeze, but she has been doing this for over an hour now. Should I be worried

Hi and thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. Reverse sneezing can be normal but if it occurs over and over again for a long period of time it can indicate something more like a foreign body in the nasal passageways, severe allergies etc. I would recommend taking Honeybear to the vet to get her evaluated if the sneezing does not subsided at all. If it does get a little better, I think it would be OK to continue monitoring her as she may fine. Good luck!
