Why is my bearded dragon lethargic, constipated, and not eating?

I have a 5"beardy hes seems to be laying in the basking spot all day hardly eats his veg and eats a few crickets i bathed him today and an did poo but it looked as if he was constipated but seemed to liven up a bit an i notifed today that his tounge was white not just the tip the whole thing an he seems to lean to the left when he runs and seems to jump and run at the same time he can climb but with great difficulty. Its either im being over worried or theres something

Soak him daily in a warm 50/50 solution of water and unflavored HydraLyte for 20-30 minutes. Gently massage the abdomen, front to back, to stimulate defecation. Check temps in the cage. Low temps can affect appetite and digestion in reptiles. Be sure he is getting sufficient UVB lighting as well as calcium, D3 and vitamin supplementation. If the behavior persists or worsens, have Lord Nelson physically examined by your veterinarian or a vet experienced in treating reptiles.
