My dog's eye is swollen, red, itchy from outdoor bite. What to do?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | unneutered | 90 lbs

My dog was outside all night and I noticed 2 puncture marks on each sode of his eyes and a scratched mark below it. We put Neosporin on it amd it looked like it was healing a little. This morning he looks amd feels awful. His eye is swollen and red amd it itchrs him like crazy. This is the 4th day since this has happened and its gotten worse. Dont know whats wrong with him. What should I do

This looks not good. This could be a spider bite or similar problem and you need to take your dog to a vet today for an exam, clean up of the wound, exam of the eye, making sure there is no damage. Please do not wait, it will not get better by itself. Do not put any more Neosporin on the area, as Neosporin, unfortunately can cause allergic reactions that look like this.
