Pet's info: Dog | Miniature Schnauzer | Male | unneutered | 1 month and 27 days old | 3.1 lbs
My 1 month year old puppy ate a little too much cat food while we were gone. his belly looks the same, but he seems as if he might be really full. They have the same brand (Rachel Ray), I pressed on his belly a little and he didn't cry as if hes in pain or anything. However, I'm worried because he doesn't want to play much, he just wants to sleep now. We noticed he vomited because he had a bit on the side of his mouth No diarrhea his poop looks fine. Is it really serious? Or just go to the vet?

If Apollo ate a lot of extra food it is possible he has a bit of a bloated tummy and is very full. Taking away any food and extras for several hours, and then offering a bland meal of boiled rice and chicken may help if he only ate enough to cause some minor GI upset. In some cases, overeating can lead to more serious problems. If his belly seems painful, swelling doesn't go down, he is attempting to vomit or defecate and can't, seems in discomfort/is gasping for air/blue, or has blood in his vomit or stool, these are all signs of something much mores serious that should be examined by a vet immediately.
