Why is my cat's bleeding wound getting bigger? What should I do?

Pet's info: Cat | Bombay | Male | neutered | 1 year and 11 months old

Does anyone know what this could be ? It was bleeding and yesterday it was smaller .

This could be a bleeding feline acne lesion or a bite from another animal or your cat scratched herself open when it itched. In order to diagnose this properly this will need to be cleaned, the hair around it shaved, so that the lesion itself can be thoroughly inspected. I suggeest you have this examined by your veterinarian.
