My dog was bitten near the eye, now it looks infected. What to do?

My pet dog was vaccinated 2 days ago. Day before yesterday, another pet dog bit him near eye! and greenish-yellow puss started coming around his eye the next day Today his eye is much better(no puss formation) but there is still uncomfortableness!!!! Is he somehow infected?? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | unneutered | 22.04 lbs

I highly recommend that you have him evaluated by your veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. Further therapy would be based on the findings. Good luck and best wishes!
