My dog has diarrhea with blood in his poop. Is this an emergency?

My dog has diarrhea- it was running the night before last and I assumed he ate something bad- I gave him sweet potatoes and it got it back to a normal poop last night. Then I can into his crate this morning and there were two diarrhea piles and he went outside and pooped the pictures here that look like blood. Do y’all know what this is? Pet's info: Dog | Goldendoodle | Male | unneutered | 5 months and 4 days old | 35 lbs
