My dog has severe abdominal pain, vomiting, and diarrhea. What's wrong?

My sheru is having immense pain around his lower abdomen,including his urinal system.He had immense pain from when he had transmission with the other female dog.Now he is not drinking water, and he is not responding to his routinal food.And whenever he eats any thing, he just vomits.And he is also doing liquid potty

Hello, sorry to hear about Sheru. It sounds like he may have some form of infection or GI disease. Thinks that can cause severe pain like this include having a foreign body in their intestines that could be causing an obstruction. Especially since his signs include vomiting, abdominal pain, and diarrhea. You should have Sheru evaluated by a veterinarian soon as he may need more aggressive intervention such as surgery. Please contact your local veterinarian and have them evaluate Sheru. Hope this helps and best of luck.
