My puppy ate spaghetti, now vomiting and not eating. Should I worry?

Pet's info: Dog | Miniature Schnauzer | Male | unneutered | 8 months and 25 days old | 20 lbs

My dog is 8 months old has had his 1st round of shots only Monday night he ate a plate of spaghetti finished it all the next day he all he did was sleep and throw up clear foamy vomit he has not ate since Tuesday Wednesday he drank some water not very much on his own today thursday I rubbed his stomach to see if he was ok he threw up about a hour later once again just clear not foamy I gave him a kids pepto to see if he would hold it down he threw that up hes more up and going not just sleeping

The spaghetti may be the culprit as it may have upset his stomach. Many other things can also cause vomiting in puppies though, some more serious then others. Ingestion of anything else unusual (missing toys, etc)? Because he has had multiple days of vomiting with a decreased appetite he really needs to see a vet. At this point he may be becoming dehydrated. That way your vet can figure out what is going on and provide treatment to stop the vomiting and make him feel better.
