My week-old puppy has a swollen eye and is crying. What should I do?

My week old puppy has been crying non stop for a for a while. At first I thought that she was constipated so I gave her a warm water enema. It worked and she pooped she was relieved for a little while but she kept crying later. Then the next morning I found that her eye was swollen but she hasn't opened her eyes yet. I think she might have an eye infection but I can't afford to see a vet right now. Is there any home remedies or something I can do for her. I don't want her to be in pain anymore. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | unspayed | 7 days old
