Why is my cat throwing up and refusing to eat his new food?

my cat isnt eating very much. he was trowing up after eating a couple days again cause he just swallows not chews so i change food to senitive stomach and easy digestion and now he wont eat that at all, and the older brand he eats a little then doesnt. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 8 lbs
