Pet's info: Dog | Pug | Male | neutered | 8 months and 10 days old | 13.6 lbs

Hi , I have a puppy that’s 8.5 months old , he had Surgery on June 26th to be neutered. Surgery went well , Got pain meds for him first 3 days at home and he’s eating and pooping fine , but On his balls where I’m Assuming was the incision .... it seems like there is a slit still , is this normal Or should I be worried and go to my vet ?

The surgical incision should have healed by now. This sounds like the incision isn’t fully healed. I do recommend a recheck with your veterinarian to make sure this is normal. There may be a mild infection causing this not to heal as quickly as expected. I don’t think this is a serious problem but would get it checked out.
