Growth on dogs nose that oozes little blood. Does not seem painful. Feels hard to the touch.

This growth on Rylee's nose could be from an injury, a cyst, a benign tumor, or a malignant tumor (not very likely in a young dog). The only way to know for sure is to have him seen by a vet. I'd take him into the vet in the morning to have this lump examined and diagnosed so it can be treated. Best of luck.
