My cat vomited clear liquid with blood. Should I be concerned?

Pet's info: Cat | British Shorthair | Female | spayed | 9 months and 16 days old | 6.5 lbs

Help plz!My cat vomited 1 hour ago.The vomit was so clear like a water.But when I touched it with napkin .I saw clots of blood.It was around 5 clots .But it was so little.And also her gum is dark pink...around the teeth,(she always eating dry food"Royal Canin")bur there is no blood on her gum.I'm so sorry ,my English is bad.But how can I help my cat?P.s.After she vomited i trying to play with her.She is so active and she is eating now(I added some water in her dry food and now it soft)

HI, if Tiffany is active and eating you just need to make sure that she does not vomit again. Quite often vomiting is a self-defence mechanism in cats,when occurring as a one off occasion, so you would not have to worry in this case.
