My dog keeps vomiting and has diarrhea, but acts normal. What's wrong?

Hi.my dog had vomiting( white foamy) and diarrhoea after a few times a day, the next morning he had a vomit once and diarrhoea during the day. After the morning he had a nice stool and no vomiting until late evening when it’s started again. This morning he is ok again, nice poo. He is eating, drinking, playing, his temperature is normal. What can be the problem please? He didn’t have any problems during the nights. Also he was panting a lot but it’s quite hot, my fan is on all the time. Thanks E.
