My Yorkie is slow, tired, and drooling. What should I do right now?

My yorkie names willow isn’t acting her self she’s walking very slow and has no energy which isn’t normal. At this moment she currently laying on my lap drooling all over me what should I do?

I recommend an urgent vet visit to assess and treat her as soon as possible. Lethargy and weakness are very vague signs and it is impossible for us to guess what may be causing them. Drooling can be from fever, nausea, dental pain or medical conditions such as liver or kidney disease
