My kitten is sick, not eating, vomiting. Vet unavailable. What now?

My kitten has a bad mouth smell and didn't eat for two days barley walks and vomiting after Minutes when I give him milk by a syringe he looks very thin. I saw him rubbing his bum on the floor I went to a vet (the only one in my town)but found it closed when I called him he said he won't be here for a week please I need any advice or anything that could save his life or keeping him alive until the vet come back. THanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. I'm so sorry your kitten isn't doing well. If there is any other veterinarian you can get to, I recommend taking Luc there as he sounds very ill. In the meantime continue to get as much nutrition and fluid into him by syringe feeding. You don't say how old he is, but if you have kitten milk replacer formula available, I recommend trying to use this to feed him. He will be unable to process cow milk effectively. I critical care cat food by Hills or Royal Canin can also be syringe fed. Good luck, I hope you can find some help for Luc.
