My dog has watery red poop after parvo. Is it blood, food, or parvo?

Updated On September 23rd, 2025

Pet's info: Dog | Cane Corso | Female | unspayed | 200 lbs

I posted about my other 2 dogs but now im worried about my 2 year old 200 pound cane corso. We had an out break of parvo and im still wracking my brain how it got in my yard/house to begin with. Sadly one dog passed. My puppy lived and my yorkie seems fine but my other corso is now having watery red poop. We recently changed foods too that is red in color. She is not throwing up and is eating and drinking still. She just has red watery poop. Does it look like blood or red food dye or parvo?

Thank you for submitting your question regarding Kora. The stool does not appear to have blood in it. It appears more the color of the food. However, the only way to know if she has parvo or not is based on a fecal test. She should be tested to know for sure, but certainly if she starts acting ill or develops vomiting. I hope this information helps!
