My dog's still shaking, diarrhea, not eating after vet. What's wrong?

My dog name is princess she been sick for 3 to 4 days she been throwing up,diarrhea,shaking.i took her to the vet he said it was something she probably ate so he gave her medicine name metronidazole and cerenia. After she took it she stop throwing up but she shaking really bad and still has diarrhea.also she not eating anything but she drink water. Pet's info: Dog | Scottish Terrier | Female | unspayed | 15 lbs

Poor Princess! I'm sorry to hear that she's sick. If it's been more than 24 hours since she was seen by your vet and she is still shaking, having diarrhea, and not eating, I would be very concerned that something more serious is wrong. I would recommend taking her to an emergency clinic tonight to be seen, or to your regular vet first thing in the morning if this isn't possible. I'm not sure what testing has already been done, but the next diagnostic steps at this point would likely include general blood work (CBC and chemistry panel), a cPL test to check for pancreatitis, and x-rays and ultrasound of her abdomen.
