My cat's eye looks really bad, but he shows no pain. What should I do?

Is my cats eye okay??? What should i do? Like he doesnt show any pain at all but his eye look really bad. I feel it looks worst cuz of his white coat. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 6 lbs
