My kitten was stepped on and seems injured. What should I do?

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 1 month and 27 days old | 2 lbs

I accidentally stepped on my baby kitten she got up but couldn't stand then it stretched its back out eventually n now it's sleeping it stood up slowly after laying down but it meows like it's in pain still n it immediately pooped too can you tell me what I can do to make it as comfortable as possible it just lays in one spot opens her eyes sometimes but goes back to sleep

She should be examined by a veterinarian to determine the extent of the injury and determine if treatment is needed. She may need an xray to look for any fractures. Your vet can also prescribe pain medications to help relieve any discomfort. Please call a vet and have her examined as soon as possible.
